We pour resources into children. We place endless expectations on mothers. But the woman carrying it all – the one with dreams, ambitions, friendships, needs, grief, joy, and an identity beyond motherhood – is often left behind.
The Mommune exists to care for her.
But the Mommune isn't another Facebook group, Reddit thread, or endless list of resources. It isn't designed to keep you scrolling.
The internet is simply the home base for the village — a place to connect with other mothers, find trusted resources, access support, and find opportunities to gather in real life.
Because the goal isn't more screen time.
The goal is more connection. More support. More real life.
The internet is the infrastructure.
The village is real life.

Our community is built on kindness, respect, curiosity, and support — not cliques. We don't have to agree on everything to care for one another. What unites us is far greater than what divides us: the experience of motherhood and the desire to support the woman behind it.
This is a place where every mother deserves to feel seen, welcomed, and valued.
Meet the Chief Village Builder
The thing that changed my life after crashing into motherhood was finding my people.
Motherhood can be beautiful, joyful, hilarious, and deeply fulfilling. It can also be lonely, confusing, physically painful, and completely overwhelming. From surviving on no sleep to navigating tantrums, sibling fights, and endless runny noses, it is the greatest — and hardest — thing I've ever done.
But somewhere in the middle of it all, I found myself asking:
Where did I go? Where was the woman behind the mother?
The woman with dreams, friendships, needs, and an identity beyond caring for everyone else.
When my first child was born, life hit hard. Within her first year, I experienced a layoff, the suicide of a close friend, and the isolation of COVID lockdown with a four-month-old baby.
I was fortunate to have an incredibly supportive husband. But what ultimately saved me wasn't a book, podcast, or parenting expert.
It was other mothers.
Women who understood what I was going through. Women who reminded me that I wasn't failing, I wasn't crazy, and I wasn't alone.
They became my village. And they changed my life.
The Mommune exists because every mother deserves that village.
A place to feel seen, supported, connected, and understood. A place to remember that behind every mother is a whole woman whose life, dreams, and wellbeing still matter.
My mission is simple: To help mothers find their people.
Because when women find their people, they remember who they are. And when women remember who they are, everything changes.
